Well I can't say enough about the customers service I received when I ordered 3 baskets for our customers. They saw I was paying shipping for a local delivery and called and told me I could save a huge chunk by letting them deliver direct to the customer. AMAZING Service. Called for a wine and snack basket to be sent for a bereavement gift. It was not only customized for the recipient's taste and dietary needs but delivered the very next morning. I was immediately notified with a picture when delivery was dropped off. The people answering the phones are the people making and managing your basket and they are super friendly.
